Property Rights for Produced Materials:

   All materials, produced by IPEG Solutions in the course of order fulfillment, e.g. software, source code, data structures, documentation, design options, etc., fully belong to a Customer.
   IPEG Solutions is under obligation not to use the materials produced in the course of order fulfillment for execution of orders of other clients.
   After project completion all materials are transferred to a Customer, and after he/she confirms the successful receipt, all electronic copies of this data will be purged.
   IPEG Solutions management is ready to consider additional conditions pertinent to rights of ownership for produced materials.

Warranty and Product Maintenance:

   Common:  IPEG Solutionsguarantees that a product final version complies fully with initial Customer's specifications. Final version is exposed to three stages of testing; therefore the product released to a Customer is of very high quality.
   Cost-free consultations:  After expiration of this period, IPEG Solutionsmight provide to a Customer short cost-free consultations on the project (concerning source code, etc.), if it is possible for the Company.
   Product support:  If necessary, IPEG Solutionswill offer to a Customer paid support services for created product, like modification of the product and creation of successive versions, product setup, customization, and administration at the Customer's servers, end user support.
   Support team:  Bug fixing and product support are carried out by the same specialists which participated in the project development group; therefore, such tasks are fulfilled with maximum speed and quality.

Data Confidentiality

   Company NDA:  We ensure very high-level protection of the data received from our Customers while executing their orders. We are ready to sign any Data Non-Disclosure Agreement both in this particular form and in any other form you provide.
   Employee NDA:  Each IPEG Solutionsemployee signs with the Company a very strict contract, preventing disclosure of any information

Determination of Price and Time Frames for Order Execution

   Common:   At the Order Analysis stage the Customer requirements are reviewed, and all conditions for project execution are determined.
   project workgroup:  Based at the Customer requirements analysis, a group of specialists to work at the project is organized. A Customer will receive complete data on the specialists in the workgroup. The composition and size of workgroup are determined with all Customer wishes being taken into account.
   Calculation of the hourly rate for a project:  Hourly rates for project fulfillment are approved by a Customer based on the analysis of his/her project requirements. For more details see Our Prices.
   Technical analysis of the project:  Based on the analysis of Customer requirements (specifications), our specialists will select the optimal technologies for order execution, and produce for Customer a general (aggregated) description of the project architecture.
   Determination of the cost of order execution: IPEG Solutions specialists present to a Customer the detailed estimate for the cost of order execution; the estimate specifies how many workhours (workdays) will it take to execute any particular task in the project.
   Creation of the project time schedule:  If a Customer approves the project execution cost, then the project time schedule will be determined together with the Customer. At this stage the following parameters are determined:

• date to start work at the project;
• date to produce the final version of the project;
• production dates and composition of intermediate versions, amount of interim payments (if applicable).

Result of Order Execution

   Common: IPEG Solutions guarantees that work result would satisfy initial Customer requirements for 100% .
   Final product output: After work completion IPEG Solutions will deliver to Customer the assembled and completely operational work product (PC software, site, etc.), and also all materials, necessary for product assembly (source code, design options, etc.).
   Testing: Final version is put to three-stage testing; therefore we deliver to Customer a very high-quality product.
   Product implementation and setup: If it is needed, our specialists will remotely install and configure the created product at Customer's servers. Documentation. IPEG Solutions delivers documentation package that is necessary for product operation and subsequent modification. As the standard documentation package for Software Development projects, we deliver to Customer the following items:
